Brief Description of Job Role
A MEP Supervisor – Maintenance supervises the maintenance and repair of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems in a building. The individual also uses computer and applies appropriate IT skills in work. The person may optionally supervise the maintenance of the infrastructure and use of the Building Management System (BMS).
Educational Qualification & Experience
2-year Diploma after 12th grade (in any field) (in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical) with 1 Year of experience in relevant field OR Completed 3 year diploma after 10th ((in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical) with 1.5 years of experience in relevant field OR 12th grade Pass with 3 Years of experience in relevant field OR Previous relevant Qualification of NSQF Level (4.0) with 3 Years of experience in relevant field OR Previous relevant Qualification of NSQF Level (4.5) with 1.5 years of experience in relevant field.
